Reference P.Org can be used to facilitate X-purchasing org procurement transactions, either to use more advantageously conditions and centrally agreed contracts based on larger purchase quantities, or to simplify condition maintenance.
It is possible for other P.Orgs to use the conditions of the reference P.Org for price determination purposes.
